Tools for modding Tony Hawk’s Underground 2 / THUG Pro.

My first attempt at making a suite of modding tools for THUG2/THUG Pro, mostly related to converting internal game files to and from more easily edited formats. I’ve abandoned them in favor of an approach based on libraries with example CLI apps. The nspre library has superseded the .pre pack/unpack tools, but I haven’t made new versions of tex2dds and dds2tex yet.
